1. Working principle
Ion exchange: When hard water flows through a resin tank, calcium and magnesium ions are adsorbed by the resin, and sodium ions are released into the water, generating softened water.
Regeneration process: After resin saturation, automatic backwashing, salt absorption (regeneration), slow flushing, fast flushing and other steps are initiated to restore resin exchange capacity. The rejuvenator is usually a salt solution.
2. Workflow
Operation: The raw water is softened through the resin layer.

Rinse: Slow rinse to replace residual saltwater, fast rinse to ensure that the effluent meets the standard.
