Ozone generator is a device that generates ozone (O3) through high-voltage discharge, ultraviolet irradiation or electrolysis. Its core function is to use the strong oxidizing properties of ozone to achieve disinfection, sterilization, deodorization and other applications.
1、 Working principle
High voltage discharge type: ozone is generated by electrolyzing oxygen molecules through a high-voltage electric field. The technology is mature and the yield is large, and it is widely used in water treatment and air purification;
Ultraviolet type: using 185nm ultraviolet light to decompose oxygen molecules, with a simple structure but low yield, suitable for small equipment such as disinfection cabinets;
Electrolysis: Electrolyzing purified water to produce ozone water, with low cost but limited output, is commonly used in laboratories or small-scale water treatment.
