1. Surrounding transmission scraper suction machine
Features: Large processing capacity, low energy consumption (saving about 50% of electricity compared to equipment of the same specifications), simultaneous scraping, suction, and floating slag removal, high sludge concentration and less likely to clog.
Structure: Composed of steel beams, transmission devices, scrapers, suction devices, etc., driven by peripheral transmission, supporting full bridge or half bridge design.
Application: Suitable for radial flow sedimentation tanks.
2. Central transmission scraper suction machine
Features: The scraper truss is driven to rotate by the central driving device, and the sludge is collected by the scraper and discharged from the suction port. Some models can increase the sludge concentration.
Structure: including drive device, working bridge, scraper device, guide tube, etc. Underwater components are mostly made of stainless steel material with strong corrosion resistance.
Application: Commonly used in secondary sedimentation tanks of sewage treatment plants.
3. Truck type scraper
Features: Track type walking, equipped with a skimming device, supports full automation control, and has lower energy consumption compared to traditional models.
4. Siphon scraper
Principle: By utilizing the siphon effect to form negative pressure sludge discharge, the floating slag is centrally processed through a tapered area.
Maintenance: It is necessary to regularly check the lubricating oil and suction nozzle of the gearbox, which is suitable for special media such as oily floating slag.
