Self cleaning filter is a precision equipment that uses a filter screen to intercept impurities in water and automatically clean and discharge pollutants. It is widely used in water treatment systems in industrial, agricultural, municipal and other fields.
一、 Core principles and functions
1. Working principle
When the water flows through the filter screen, impurities are trapped and form a pressure difference. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value (usually 0.01-0.10Mpa), the system automatically starts the cleaning program to remove the dirt from the filter screen through backwashing or mechanical scraping, and the discharge does not stop.
Backwash type: using hydraulic or motor-driven suction nozzles to adsorb impurities on the inner wall of the filter screen.
Brush type: Clean the surface of the filter screen by rotating the stainless steel brush.
2. Filtering performance
Accuracy range: 10-3000 microns, adaptable to different water quality requirements.
Flow range: single unit 4-4160m ³/h, supporting parallel expansion of multiple units.
Work pressure: 0.1-1.6Mpa (some models can reach 2.5Mpa).
